Beadlam Parish Council Meetings
Beadlam Parish Council meets on the first Monday of every month at the Memorial Hall at 7.00 pm. Everyone is welcome to attend.
There is a period of 10 minutes at the beginning of each meeting set aside to receive questions and comments from members of the public.

The agenda for Parish Council meetings are published on this web site seven days prior to each meeting and the draft minutes of meeting of each meeting will be available to view on the web site within seven days of each meeting however such minutes will be “unapproved”. Approved minutes will be published on this web site immediately after the next meeting.
There is a standing item on every Council and Committee agenda headed ‘Declaration of Interests’. This item reminds Members of their responsibility to declare any personal and/or prejudicial interest which they may have in an item of business on the agenda either at the beginning of the discussion or when the interest becomes apparent and, in the case of personal and prejudicial interests (subject to certain exceptions in the Council’s Code of Conduct for Members), to leave the meeting prior to discussion and voting on the item.
